Azumabito bloodline ( we will not look at it; Yuuna doesn’t give a shit about it )

General timeline: 

828 - Born  835 - Father dies    ** - Her father’s badge is returned to her. She carries it around with her throughout the entirety of the series.  837 - Her mother falls ill. She travels to the nearest district / city to earn money to pay for the home and her mother’s medical treatment/supplies through things like selling leftover crops, cleaning, cooking, etc.  838  - Her mother dies from her illness. She continues to try to live on her own without anyone else but it’s incredibly difficult for someone who is so young. Like Mikasa, she’s also kidnapped and almost sold off to meet who knows what kind of end at the hands of other humans but is able to fend off and kill some of her kidnappers. Afterwards, she is put into an orphanage to live with other children. In the process, she pulls a baby from a corpse in the place they were being held captive who slowly becomes a son to her. Yuuna has him moved to Historia’s orphanage later on in the series.    ** - We will let her commit murder and bodily injury. I think we can allow it.  843 - Enlists in the military with Petra and Oluo in the same corps. 845 - Series start. 846 - Joins the Survey Corps after 3 years of training as a cadet.  846 ~ 850 - Joins Levi Squad at some point during this time. 

Status at the end of the series: Alive and retired in Marley. 

Other notes:

  Letters - She writes a lot of letters to her friends and children in the orphanage back home. She also visits whenever she can to see everyone and help look after some of the smaller children. Yuuna also exchanges letters frequently with Rigel. 

  Drawings - By the time the series starts, Yuuna tries to teach herself artistic skills to draw things she sees inside and outside of the walls for the children back in the orphanage since they can’t leave and explore beyond the walls like she can. Eventually, she starts drawing her fellow soldiers in her free time and will have many sketches of fallen comrades, so she doesn’t forget what they looked like. She has a couple portraits of her mother and father, but they’re always incomplete because it gets difficult to remember what they looked like as time goes on.
